Phil Helmuth Claims Parker and Duncan are Good Poker Players
Tim Duncan is often associated with the blank and cold look, but it turns out that this could be used in areas other than his game of basketball. Phil Helmuth, World Series of Poker champion, was cornered recently and he revealed some names, several of them originating in the Bay area. These also included two names from the San Antonio Spurs -Tim Duncan and Tony Parker who he called good players of poker.

Tim Duncan is a celebrity basketball player in America who plays for the San Antonio Spurs (NBA). He has several titles to his credit such as that of a 5-time NBA champ and a 2-time NBA Most Valuable Player. He was the only one who made it to the All-Defensive and All-NBA Teams each time in his initial thirteen seasons.
William Anthony Parker, Jr., popularly known as ‘Tony’ Parker, is a famous basketball player from France and plays for the San Antonio Spurs (NBA). He was born to a professional basketball player and was a part of the basketball league in France for 2 years right before he got into the NBA draft in 2001. The San Antonio Spurs selected him and he soon assumed the role of the opening point guard. With Parker’s support, the Spurs have managed to win 4 NBA (National Basketball Association) championships between 2003 and 2014.

Phillip Jerome Hellmuth, Jr., also called Phil Helmuth, is a professional player of the game of poker from America and has been the winner of 13 bracelets at the World Series of Poker. He also won the 1989 Main Event (World Series of Poker) and the 2012 Main Event (World Series of Poker Europe). He is also a part of the Poker Hall of Fame of the WSOP and his famously referred to as the “poker brat”.
